Update on my situation.

So basically, the long and short is we talked after a while, and low and behold some of you were right, it was a sex thing. She told me that she's sorry and wishes she was normal, but has an "addiction". I asked her if she was going to stop but she just kept making excuses.

I told her that I wanted some time to think on this, and we can just move forward like it hadn't happened. Since then, however she's just done it openly around me, 4 times to me exact, once she even smiled and fucking slurped it like a noodle.

I have accepted two things, One she thinks this is cute and wants to do it, she knows it's wrong and doesn't wanna change

Two, I don't have enough money to leave, and my family wouldn't take me in because they are trump worshipping facists. I literally just have to accept it because "her house, her rules".

I am stuck again, just this time with a woman who does shit like this. I'll give another update someday if something changes but for now, I'm going to try to not throw up or think about the fact I have to live with this for the rest of my life.

I did, but she has only really gotten more bold with it, I kinda loathe her for it, but I also can't stand not sleeping in our bed. My advice to OP is "don't knock it till you've tried it."
Like, as someone who gets a bit of hypomania now and then, this sounds exactly like the kind of fixation I might get in those circumstances. You as a trans girl who is, statistically speaking, probably a bit depresso, so you likely can't comprehend how ecstatically wonderful doing something so blatantly transgressive is when you're feeling a bit silly. But this is square in the strike zone for, "the kind of batshit, compulsive thought you get while manic that feels absolutely amazing to follow through on."
Maybe eating mice is little too strong on your disgust factor to get over it, and that's fair since I also don't think I'd do this one in particular. But I think if you work on yourself, improving your mood, maybe find some interesting chemicals (never had that problem myself, as a bipolar), then you can find your personal white whale too <3
