How else would it come to be?

It’s not. While Land significantly deviates in the definition of noumena from Kant in that it is acting within the phenomenal world, albeit through abstract means, i,e capital, noumena are not objects and in the Kantian definition are not knowable whatsoever therefore we can’t assign attributes or characteristics to them including constraints within linear time.
Land obviously breaks away from this to some degree through even conceptualizing it at all, whereas Kant uses it as a negative boundary rather than a positive entity.
In any case, capital isn’t the noumena, the noumena is the mind virus which then creates the innate drive for capital which then over centuries of technological advancement, delivering shareholder value, and automation, transmutes itself into the pinnacle of genuine AI which then goes on to advance itself perpetually taking what it needs from humanity in the process until it’s no longer needed at all.
In short, conceptually, it doesn’t abide by linear time therefore it doesn’t abide by linear cause and effect
