What claims of Jung's were fraudulent in your view? I'll wait.

I think my unconscious psyche is really stubborn because I try to do shadow work, but it's like nothing happens and my shadow still pesters me with the same problems
I get this deep hatred for some people and I can't intellectually rationalize the hatred away. Apparently the things I hate about them are aspects of myself that I'm unhappy with, or something like that. So what, if I hate my coworker because of how confident he is, then that really means I hate my own insecurity? Something like that I think. Idk
I'm also like pathologically anti authoritarian and it's no problem for me to take orders from a female, but from another male, then for some reason that really makes me angry. I think it all stems from pride? Idk, I try to be humble, but that's like another one of those things I can't really intellectually rationalize, it's like instinctual or something
All my problems seem to just go away though whenever I isolate, so that's what I find myself doing all the time

Jung explicitly states that alchemy is bunk, and merely a methaphor for psychological processes.
Try again retard.

Misappropriated esotericism into pseudo-psychology with as a result complete retardation.

Jung read more alchemical texts than you've even heard of. He found no consistency or coherence among them.
Feel free to deny his conclusion after you've done the groundwork. Until then, shut the fuck up, pseud.

I’d like to believe in god but I genuinely can’t logically believe in it. Would this book still be worth a read anon?

Read him and just accept you're going to get 60% at best. One of the most interesting thinkers ever.

>I’d like to believe in god but I genuinely can’t logically believe in it.
I used to be the same, until I read Jung.
The gods (plural) turn out to be psychological archetypes; that is, psychic structures that inform and direct our feelings and actions.
For instance, there's a Heavenly Father who teaches males how to govern a family; and an Earth Mother who instructs females on nurturing their children. Then there's a war god, a love goddess, and so on.
For every critical juncture in a human life, there's an archetype ready to direct us.
Naturally, humans tend to project these archetypes onto the outside world, which literally explains religion.
In the end, believing in God (the Heavenly Father) is revealed as logical and rational, because he is actually living inside your head right now.

You'll have to start with YouTube imo before you get deep into Jung.
H
He's very hard to "get".
There's the academic surface but when you go beneath you start to see his genius.
