People always choose first out of an emotional motivation, then develop rationalizations for their choice for emotionally impactful questions. Reasoning only occurs for questions a person doesn't hold in doubt or angst. There are no, and has never been, an atheist, from Spinoza to Dawkins, that reasoned their atheism organically, the question is simply too large. There's always some hidden component to it. Spinoza was traumatized by the inquisition as a kike, so he hated religion. Freud most likely got molested, Nietszche was the original case study on "what no pussy does to a nigga". Dawkins also probably has some sort of sexual issue, because that always seems to be what it is after the "enlightenment". Before any atheist trys to figure out about God, they ought to determine what their (Comte) fetish is, then they'll pin it down.
