That, or they're pressed for budget because Takara lost a lot of money on how Transformers Zone underperformed immediately after the already underperforming Victory. So they can't get enough funds for making the last upgrades for Exkaiser's side Braves and Land Bison.

They're separate; upgrade parts for God Max seem to form some sort of aircraft, and the one for Ultra Raker is a tank.

Anyway, it's weird how Leon Kaiser's mane there looks like a different shade of yellow than everything else. I feel like everything should have been that color. The main stuff looks too pale, Goldran looked darker in the show, almost orange-ish at times
