Keeping their distance, the GM Sniper II's fire on the Neo Zeon's forces, removing the advantage of their modernized machines by staying out of their firing range. Meanwhile on Side 6, Yu bursts into the apartment Marion had been hidden in, finding her holding a small blue haired boy against her chest.

I haven't really played grand strategy games, but I do like SRPGs and these threads make me wanna play. I hear Zeon is the definitive "beginner start" and I tried federation and kept getting my ass kicked. But the hypothetical matchups here are fun so

Which in turn is usually why the best EFSF way of handling the campaign is to blitz Axis the moment they spawn. Even though you're at a tech disadvantage they have bad ENOUGH tech that you can overwhelm them with numbers and win before crazy shit happens, then it's back to fighting the Titans (Or AEUG) using old OYW pieces.

EFSF is the hardest faction for the first couple turns but after you kick zeon off of earth its practically the easiest for the rest of the run.
Zeon is downright seal clubbing, your early resource disadvantage means nothing compared to several turns with an enemy that can't make MS.
AUEG has a really awkward start and tons of obnoxious events that steal your territory but you'll eventually get the Zeta project MS which allows you to bulldoze hordes of AI units.
Titans have tons of great MS and mostly less 'fuck you' events besides some possible late game ace loss events.
Axis is a campaign that starts off extremely fucking awkward to the point where I tend to abuse superweapons unless I *really* want to get the good ending.

The Zeta 2 is great as an easy to make Ace suit since you can hot upgrade Methus Kais into it at a moments notice so if we research is our aces should never need to pilot anything lesser than it.

Multiple beams collide into the bridge of the Zanzibar conducting Neo Zeon's invasion of Granada, with Mezun's nearly destroyed Mark III still attacking any surviving Neo Zeon Mobile Suits without any concern for his own life.

These men are supposed to be Zeon, but...do I even consider that my home any longer? No...these people may be Zeon, but they don't represent what I had fought for. Pushing Neo Zeon out from Granada, AEUG's forces continue to mount a full-scale counter offensive to finish off any of their survivors.

This sense of terror spreads to their colony holdings as AEUG begins to mount efforts to attack Luna II and Gryps. Meanwhile at Side 3, Melanie's mind enters into a violent paranoia induced episode as he considers Neo Zeon's failure to secure Anaheim's wealth to be a sign of his "people" being readied for yet another genocide.

I really like this bizarro universe where Roberto lived long enough to see the Neo Zeon faction appear and just do full character development.

Walking to the end of the brig bloc, Emma accesses an emergency water pump hose. As she drags it to Beecha and Mondo's cell, Beccha begins to panic as he realizes what is about to happen.

Meanwhile on the La Vi En Rose, Emary rehearses how she will introduce herself to Bright, switching from being assertive and domineering to completely submissive in her tone as she tries to find what she believe will be appealing to the man of her dreams. Stepping out from the washroom and towards the observation deck overseeing the repairs of the Argama's Mobile Suits, Emary spots Astionage taking a brief reprieve.

It's fine to have a personal style, and I often think professional scripts don't have enough of angry and emotional people cutting each other off because they'd rather talk than listen, but I think this might be something to be consciously aware of. I know that I have a tendency to make run-on sentences, similarly.

As the soldier leans down to inspect Mashyme, he is quickly tripped as Mashymre side sweeps the man. Realizing Mashymre's intentions, Emma brandishes her own side arm, just for Glemy to smack it out from her hand only functioning hand.

Kamille pulls Fa into the elevator as it closes. Pulling Fa into a hug, a whimper escapes Kamille's throat.

As the elevator door opens again, Kamille's face lights up as he sees Mashymre with Emma over his shoulder.

Distracted by his own morality, Mashymre fails to detect Kamille leans over to bite his gripped hand around Fa. Forced to release her from his grasp, Mashymre floats for the cockpit of the Gaza-C Glemy has crashed in, only for Kamille to piston Mashymre towards the Zeta instead.

Arriving in the hangar, Judau finds Fa in an aimless drift as she floats away from Mashymre and Glemy.

On one hand, disbanding the Argama will free copy from needing to do as much writing/cheating around the in game ZZ event tree, but on the other it means Kamille/Leina are completely screwed.
And ofc, the status of characters has changed so we can't even try to metagame getting a free puru.
On the other hand, keeping them active will result in lots of possible events for us to (try and) have Axis aces die, and its not like 1 ZZ will change the course of the game that much when we can just make more.

Stammering in confusion at Asherah still being aboard the Argama, Emma prepares to reprimand the child, only for her throat to lock up as Asherah's begins to bark out abnormally precise and specific orders.

Meanwhile, the Argama successfully pulls out a seemingly impossible maneuver as it not only reverses position with the Mindra, but fatally damages the vessel from being able to escape the Earth's gravity pull.

Seeing an opening in Neo Zeon's assault, the Mark II and Hyaku Shiki make an emergency retreat to the Argama, while Glemy is forced to engage his own comrades to protect Roux and Elpeo's lives.

Leaning up from the medical table, Bright stumbles towards a mirror to find a grey streak running down his hairline. Without another word, Bright silently stumbles out from the Medical Section as he makes his way to the Argama's bridge.

Looking through the Argama's camera's, Bright finds Emma carrying Asherah towards the hangar as other members of the Argama's crew move to surround the Zeta's cockpit. Finally arriving, Emma motions over Elle to hold onto Asherah.

Rolling her eyes, Elle reaches out to hold Asherah, only to be taken completely off guard as the little girl plants her ear against Elle's chest.

Arriving at the Zeta, Emma gives a short salute to Roux as they stand over the downed machine's cockpit.

Unlocking his cockpit, Glemy slowly ushers Elpeo out for a soldier to take hold of her.

As Glemy slips back into the Zeta's cockpit, Emma reaches into her uniform for a pistol.

Stepping towards the entrance to the Zeta's cockpit, Emma aims the pistol towards Glemy's head to quickly execute him before he can realize what is happening. Just as she prepares to take the shot, Roux grabs for Emma's hand, forcing the pistol upwards as it fires.

>Glemy: W-were you going to shoot me? In cold blood...?!

Calming herself, Emma prepares to order for Glemy's return to solitary confinement, only for Elle's panicked yelling to break the silence within the hangar.

Springing his body forward, Bright attempts to rip Asherah out from Elle's arms. Desperately keeping hold of the girl out of fear of her being struck, Elle places all of her strength into keeping Asherah held, only to lose her grip as Bright slaps her harshly across the face.

As Bright clenches his fist to strike Asherah, the Maitnence Crew of the Argama and Emma tackle into Bright, restraining him.

The reason Bright can't do anything is because Asherah is literally parasitising him with her newtype powers and using his abilities. I mean fuck she put his body through so much stress that he has a streak of grey now, she's reminding him of her mother in all the worst ways.

As for Glemy I just feel bad for him. He wanted to prove himself, and ended up getting captured and spending all his time in the brig. He now has two failed escape attempts under his belt and in this last one he was forced to fight what should've been his ally but saved Roux. And to top it all off Emma was just going to execute him.

I don't think she's a evil brat, but Bright isn't really a capable enough father in this run to handle her beyond yelling at her(to the dismay of everyone who's witnessed the way he handles her), so all she's doing is things she thinks will help but since shes literally a child she has no idea on the consequences of her actions.
