The concept of making the snack giving it more emotional support which makes the Gochizo not die really would have worked for a final form, and could have been really in-line with the themes that were associated with the Master Mode debut (Shouma coming to terms with a lot of his self-hatred). But in terms of the actual form, I do think that the twist of the final form needing to be recharged also works well for storytelling.

I still do really like Gavv but do think that there is a ton of potential for "alternate route speculation" since a lot of the wild speculation like Shouma being the wolf or Vram having some connection to the Granute authorities would be interesting to see what direction they could have taken.

At this point I think they're going to make Jeebh kill Lyzel and die doing it. She's going to shit talk Siita during a fight with Shouma and he's going to jump on her throat or something. It won't be a redemption proper because he's still dying an unrepentant schizo asshole but right now he's basically Gavv's Gollum, evil but also really pitiful.

There's no actual confirmation of this in the show. Yes, they share voice actors and they both come out of gavvs. But nothing else about them is related. The other Stomachs don't need to eat or intuit specific memories to produce Agents. Agents are capable of abstract thought, tactics, and conversation - approximately two and a half Gochizo are capable of this. The closest Shoma produces to actual Agents, his Whip Soldiers, can't speak at all and are short-lived whereas the Agents seem to be capable of long-term utility - and can only be made when Shoma is in CaKing form. It's like saying Kuzu Yummies, Yummies, and Greeed are all the same. They share traits, yes, but they explicitly have different qualities that warrant the denotation and have different mechanics to them, and unlike the Agents and Gochizo we have explanations for all three.

It's not a plot hole but it's a weird logistical detail to leave out when the Agents and the Gochizo existing are a massive fraction of the show's world. It'd be like if Zero-One had the HumaGear but it was never mentioned that Hiden built them, that there were different models in the past, and the model changes and the development of the Zero-One system relate to the fact HumaGear have a worryingly high risk case of being prone to developing malice for humans.

I feel like the whole Stomach problem would've been better if Dark Treats were just one of a bunch of different criminal ventures they engaged in knowing they have pretty much free reign over the human world due to their superior abilities like the Makuu in Gavan or Abrella in Dekaranger and the premise of the show wasn't JUST the Dark Treats but Shoma, Hanto, and later Lakia dealing with random criminals of different sorts who happen to be connected to or equipped by Stomach.

Maybe they have guys running illegal mining operations that are fucking up entire towns to smuggle fancy Earth-exclusive rocks to Granute World.

Except Kuuga did do that explanation, Zajio points out the metal in the meteor is the reason their bodies are all fucked up and Kuuga's belt is made of the same metal. This even came to a climax where he fought a beetle-themed Grongi with the exact same form changes. Because their culture was built around killing Linto for sport and amusement. They're achieving their ends (Killing Linto for sport and amusement) through what they have available, any arbitrary steps inbetween are explained as being self-imposed challenges (Only killing people by reversing a truck, only killing people on boats, only killing people in a certain age range with a unique poison, only killing pairs of people at a time, etc). This is how I can tell you didn't actually watch Kuuga.
The Stomachs want money and power. They have plenty of means to make money and achieve power without just relying on the Dark Treats, and they've given no comment or explanation as to why those means aren't an option.
