One of Kycilia's traits is that she's a poor judge of character, specifically towards Char. She trusted Char in 0079 despite knowing he was Casval and wanted the Zabi family dead, so him aiming a bazooka at her actually scared her. Here in GQuuuuuuX she trusted Char to move Solomon from impacting on Granada and refused to budge as a show of solidarity when Char was planning to let the drop go through.

She's met Nyaan for like two weeks or however long it's been since the attack on Izuma and she's already trusting her with her new fancy interdimensional superweapon, when Nyaan just wants her crush back.

And I have watched Gundam. Even though you can't really trust anything Char says given how self-serving he is, having Lalah under his wing really did end up changing his motivations. He would've fought and died as Kycilia's soldier if it weren't for Sayla's intervention in the final episode.

Did Kycilia actually do anything wrong? Seems like nearly every crime can be pinned on Gihren. All I can think of is she appointed M'quve and I hate that douche.
