In Alpha Gaiden I'm pretty sure nothing carries over, but you get a starting bonus depending on how many battle masteries you finished the game with (or more specifically depending on which ending you get, which depends on the masteries)
In J you start with the exact amount of money, kills and upgrades you had when you finished the run, so you will start with your units preupdated or with your pilots pre-aced if you did it in the previous run (and you get to pick 3 more favorite series). The other GBA games should work in a similar way

Overall none of the classic games have any form of NG+, and Alpha and Compact/Impact don't have a true NG+ either, but Nintendo handled games or games like GC do. Eventually all SRW got some sort of carryover starting from Z, at most you may not carry over all of your money after 1 playthrough but you will eventually inherit everything at 100% after 4 runs
