Plus, Shuji's piloting the RX-78-2 but doesn't seem to recognize Amuro's voice, when he should've if he got Amuro's MS, and the Endymion, the core of the Omega Psycommu, is an artifact from another reality.

Given what Shuji said with Lalah creating a pocket-multiverse it could have been Amuro from in infinite number of realities. Either way you would think that if normal U.C. was involved that OG Lalah ghost would show up and slap coma Lalah's shit for doing what she was doing.

Though OG Lalah was also a massive retard, terrorizing Amuro whenever he went to space, after he had long got over her and wanted to move on.
