I don't think so, dude, I don't think that scene was literally implying "Lalah imported different MS to that particular battle"; I think in many different universes Char made it to varying points in time before dying to Amuro's white Gundam (which could be any of Amuro's Gundams, let's be real).

Char's Gouf is obvious; could have happened at any point in the middle of MSG.
Zudah could have happened right at the beginning if Zeon had chosen the Zudah over the Zaku.
Char's Bigro and Big Zam also could have happened towards the middle or end of MSG depending on if Char suddenly decided he wanted to use MA exclusively for some reason.
Char's Galbaldy... well, again it'd have to be late in the series due to the placement of it in the development timeline.
Yamashita's Sazabi could easily still have been from CCA era, there's no problem there. It's not required for Lalah to have seen the MS for her to get Char into it.

I said Char got a Sazabi and got his ass kicked, everything so far has brought up that Lalah is trying to prevent Char from dying in the oyw anything from Zeta or CCA would make no sense. They actually don't. They run on the same enine as the Rick Dom. The problem is to make the Zudah go as fast as it does, it continuously floors the engine - which it really isn't designed for. This is something that Zimmad slapdashed a fix for by installing limiters on the suit to not run the engine at the absolute max for sustained time. (Yeah; they added the basic equivalent of thermal throttling.)

Problem was, the joints of the suit itself also couldn't take the extreme stress of the forces induced on them by the breakneck acceleration and deceleration of the suit's high-speed maneouvering. Which meant it wouldn't so much explode randomly as just literally fall apart in pieces, losing limb after limb before the structure of the frame gives out and the thing finally goes boom.

Not exactly a problem only the Zudah had. During its propaganda 'field tests' it came across a batch of prototype GMs which had the exact same problem; structural integrity giving out and coming undone at the seams during sustained high-speed chase.


If you'd get a Char-custom Zudah. One with actual proper attention and care put into it to serve an actual decorated ace. With proper attention to reinforcing the frame. And with a pilot that knows how far they can push the engine, the Zudah probably would've outshone more than just the Zaku II.

The Zudah was actually terrifying to the Federation and was doing so well in its limited operating run that Zeonic felt it was maybe going to end up threatening their Zaku line, if left unattended. So they leaked the problems the Zudah had left to be worked out, to the Feds.

If I'm somehow strong enough to alter reality and change how technological progress goes, honestly if anything I'd prevent the gundam from even existing. Cap it's development to the guncannon, change nothing else. Char very easily would decimate amuro early into their encounter with even his regular Zaku II and from there would survive the war.

That's basically how the gquuuuuux timeline did occur, only mistake was letting a gundam exist at all to eventually set the groundwork for stuff like the gquuuuuux's existence.

The Guncannon is still a Lunar Titanium mobile suit, which is a big part of what carried Amuro in those early battles with Char, it also has more weapons it can fire at once than the Gundam.

Amuro with a little more experience forced Ramba Ral (supported by two Zakus) to retreat while piloting the Guncannon, while also beating up one of those Zakus in melee combat with the Guncannon.
