I really like it. I know it's cheap, but I loved Bake's design. This to me is an improvement on it, and it feels like Breacookie was designed first and they worked backwards for Bake and Magen.

My intention was not to directly compare both moments, the complaint is more about the shows still fucking around this late into their run. The Desire Royale had other dumb moments but Keiwa acting like a retard after getting fucking killed is what came to my mind first.

Really liked the episode. The interactions between Hanto and the uncle were great, I like Zombie Suga's fighting style and Nyelv's acting.
I'm afraid that Nyelv is going to die next week since that would feel anti-climatic, also I don't know how to feel about Suga dying mid-operation after being on a state of limbo.

One of my favorite things about Gavv was how down to earth and low the stakes were despite the magical Granute dimension, with the villain company needing the world to exist as it is to profit off them. But now that Bocca wants to take over the world, the stakes are just as over the top as the past few series. Which is really lame as it loses a special element that was unique to Gavv. Now the finale will be them fighting to save the world from colossal mind control across all of humanity, which is very dumb.
Also, unless they explain who that corpse is, Bocca just casually having some super powerful Granute corpse at bay is the biggest asspull ever. Does he just have a collection of random Granute corpses with superpowers that he can use at any moment?

Bocca has been drastically escalating Stomach Inc.'s schemes and is fully supportive of Nyelv's mad science experiments. 10 million victims in the span of a few months is nothing to scoff at and his increasing interest in the human world leading to him getting a human disguise points to some major plan that would shake up human society as a whole if it succeeds, not to mention that they already set up the idea that humans are becoming more aware of Granutes because of his antics.

I don't think that scene is meant to convey that the world is in immediate risk of being taken over. Both Nyelv's reaction here and Lango's back then when Bocca ordered the mass disappearances seem to imply that he's being unrealistic in his goals and putting the entire enterprise in jeopardy.

It'll likely mean that focus will change to attacking humans for reasons beyond getting them to be processed, like zapping political leaders with the mind control gun or something, but it's not a single apocalypse-level event.

Shocker Riders and Shadow Moon were both popular and a large part of the fans basically treated them as evil Riders (Heck, an episode title in the tv show and narration in the manga outright called the Shocker Riders "Kamen Riders"). Tohru Hirayama really disliked that though, and it was why he basically forbid them from even doing anything like the Shocker Riders again - note all the "evil Rider" enemies afterwards are monsters with mimicry abilities copying the Rider, rather than someone that by default had a Rider-like transformation. In fact, tv recaps seemed to retroactively try to frame the Shocker Riders like thosemonsters, "monsters mimicking Kamen Rider", rather than even just "monsters that look like Kamen Rider". Shadowmoon only happened when he retired from the franchise after ZX.

I'm not saying there weren't fans sharing Tohru Hirayama's view though. There definitely were and there was quite a stir with Ryuki's evil Riders, but there's a reason they were popular in the first place. Also, both Spirits and Anno's Shin had antagonistic Kamen Riders at one point or another, and those are made by older fans.

It's just an idea that easily fits Rider's "created by evil" origin easily and only was avoided for so long due to a specific higher up disliking it.
