I knew what I was getting into. I didn't care much for the base G GEN games because how quickly you burn through the development tree and advance to the final tiers of gameplay where you just stack buffs and run through the enemy in a single turn- So I wasn't expecting a lot of improvements in that front.
But damn the gacha formula is burning me out here too, except it demands you play every day for timegated resources so you can stack shit during the stasis between content updates.

I just wish there was a game where I could upgrade whatever unit I wanted and have it clear content just as well as anything else.
