Apparently this is a huge collab, it's supposed to last like three whole months and has it's own game mode that doesn't play anything like COD for just Gundams, and lets you use their actual unique weapons.

It’s actually pretty fun.

I was curious so I checked this out between G Eternal sessions.
It's honestly pretty surreal. All the mobile suits have Japanese voice actors, despite this being a Chinese produced spinoff of a American IP. They are not the VAs of their associated pilots though. Little story blurbs imply these are literally the voices of the mobile suits themselves. There's even this Japanese insert song that plays on the menu but it isn't an actual Gundam song. And the suits have their own taunts, some of which seem pretty random, like the Freedom Gundam roaring like a lion man for some reason. If I didn't know any better, I'd think this was an unlicenced collab, with how loose it is with the IP. But I already know this is a legit collab from the previous COD Gundam content.
But then you have the third person mobile suit only death match mode, and suddenly all the associated abilities and weapons are all named and function quite accurately, I'd argue even more so than Gundam Evolution's depictions.
So I don't know what to think, other than holy shit, how does gen alpha deal with touch screen controls for action games?
