The aerial is not feminine. Its legs are the shortest of any gundam, and its stocky. I like the aerial design (especially with the lore of it being designed to not look intimidating, to hide that its a gundam), but its clearly not a feminine take on a gundam.

If anything, katokis designs with long slender legs, are more feminine.

The reasons why you might think otherwise is because 1) fashion selects for androgynous models, i.e. unusually tall and lanky women who have long legs, and puts them in ridiculous high-heels 2) anime and hentai which is prevalent on this site portrays women like that 3) high-waist pants and high-heeled shoes create the perception of longer legs (and bigger butts) while flat shoes with low-waist pants create the opposite. And men's fashion phased out high-waist pants, while women's fashion promotes higher waist wear almost exclusively. The reality is a lot of features that we typically attribute to women, are actually masculine features that were projected onto an ideal female form. Real women are kind of dumpy. They're shorter and stockier than males PROPORTIONALLY.
