When asked about a FT anime during a panel, the VAs didn't deny it. If there's no upcoming projects, they would have outright denied it. If there were something in the works, they wouldn't confirm it because of NDAs.

I've seen people think Meilin is Wufei's daughter, people who think Mill is Noin and the other 3 are the people they're based on. Most people don't even know Frozen Teardrop exists. Frozen Teardrop was not gone over in GOL. It had a few references that you wouldn't get if you didn't read the novel that wasn't ever made available in English. Most anime fans are casuals who don't scour the Internet for information.

Yes it did, there were plenty of allusions to it because it was still running concurrent with GotL and then it stopped once it became apparent that it wasn't popular.
