>>23406143 (OP)G no Reconguista and Gundam 00 are completely different experiences.
G Reco is dense, fast, and if you can get into it it's a lot of fun. A lot of variety and really takes you somewhere and shows you sights. Of course the common complaints are that it's confusing and hard to follow, and I don't think it's an entry level Gundam (if you're a sophomoric adult weighed down by preconceptions and beliefs about how things should be: I'm convinced young children would love it and I would absolutely consider showing it to my own children).
Gundam 00 is, in my opinion, quite boring, but it's also much easier to follow and much more normalfag friendly. But I don't think it's that fun.
Also a big part of the whole thing it's going for is the "ensemble cast of pretty boys" that Gundam Wing was doing for the female/fujo audience. It's worth considering if that's something that would appeal to you, although I think Wing is generally considered the better series both for fujo appeal and general entertainment.
Idk why you're starting with these series at all though.
You'll get more out of both 00 and G-Reco if you start with the original 0079. Even if you just watch the 3 compilation movies instead of the show itself, it's kinda necessary viewing.
If it's some kind of lame "I can't watch animation that isn't digitally produced after the year 2000" thing - even then I think there are more entertaining options which are closer to entry-level. Seed, Hathaway, IBO, Thunderbolt, etc.
If something about 00 really appeals to you go ahead and watch it first by all means: but I've at least warned you, it's a pretty safe, slow paced, and arguably boring show.
