We might not get much about combining weapons, but I wish they make the Big Bang Buster an exception. The King Blaster can remain identical to the old toy size-wise, but the Battle Stick should have the two-stage extension like the show prop. Personally Zyuranger is good overall but not that stand-out I guess, my favorites are Jetman, Carranger, GoGoFive, Timeranger, Abaranger, Dekaranger, Gekiranger, Shinkenger, Gokaiger, ToQger, Donbrothers and King-Ohger. But like I said I don't know what exactly you like and it's really better for you to just read the basic synopsis of seasons that seem interesting to you and start with those, if that's Megaranger start with that, it's a really good season too imo

Nta but yes it is? Sixth toys usually have more limitations than the initial gimmick readers, usually only being compatible with toys that are released for them, if anything. Most are standalone toys. Polar's doesn't read rings, Bun Violet's doesn't read Boon Cars, Spider Kumonos has it's own keys it interracts with and nothing else, Doragoku only has the two modes it switches between for his changer and also doesn't read gears at all, Two-Kaiser only has 4 registered pin sounds between the three forms and Kaiju, Kirameiger doesn't have a gimmick at all, Ryusoul Gold doesn't read keys at all, Lupat-X doesn't even interract with the machines in changer mode...

Do I need to go on? Even Gokai Silver doesn't actually read the keys. His toy used button combos designated to each one. And that's on the upper level of Sixth's at all when it comes to functionality. Most are simple and straight forward.

I agree the show should've ignored this, because it's a confusing missed opportunity not to have him transforming just like the others (it also doesn't make sense, why does he even have the rings, let alone his own rings they're selling if they aren't going to be used?), but the toy is kind of par for the course as far as 6th's go.

Anon compare Sentai to any ongoing Kodomo toyline like Kamen Rider, Beyblade, Shinkalion or Precure which earn more. Sentai toys simply aren't that good in terms of playability compared to the competition even if the mecha and suit designs are good. If anything Sentai was surviving in terms of sales due to loyal manchildren and Ninninger releasing the same year as Yokai Watch served as a wake up call the toys weren't worth it.
I just really don't understand Sentai because the toys are being designed by the same people that make Rider's so they should be able to make Mecha poseable while giving them interesting gimmick and playability with the gimmick items, they should also be able to release Sentai figures on some of their Bandai premium line since it's not like said premium line gets imported to the west most of the time so they shouldn't have licensing issues Power Rangers either. About to finish up KingOhger. It's been a really good time, but I'm looking for something lighter with the next series I watch. Thinking either going right into BoonBoomger or back to Go-Onger. Thoughts?

mind the dogshit speed up but my point is a lot of modern rider uses CG shit to replace the action rather than enhance it. Don't get me wrong there's a couple of good fights in Gavv but, I still don't care for the style over substance approach they have a lot of times like with Vram.

Meanwhile I watch Gozyuger and Asai is doing all sorts of crazy shit as Gozyu Wolf, he's a god damn maniac. Though I will say I didn't really care for the cg explosions all over the place last week. My favorite fight thus far has been 19, where Hoeru lands flat but gets up real fast while still swinging.
