Coinidentally, I'm watching it right now, and I can both see how and question how. This show is weirdly both devoid of sauce and full of sauce. You can tell the people behind it tried and most of the designs are good, even if they're a bit generic, but it's just missing finesse and theming.
For an example on the second part, I just finished the 29th episode where Gekiryken gets stolen. And you would expect the monster that stole him to be a knight or samurai, but it's this biblical demon named Grim Goblin.

I think anon meant the goofy Chinese/Taiwanese trend of grabbing stuff and using dubious legal power to create bootleg movies with HK dubs via Brits, which is just a fascinating rabbit hole to me personally. Who knows what wacky Frankenstein's monsters of compilation movies there are out there.
BTW, on this note is that one Mach Baron "movie" mentioned still on Prime? Like I wouldn't be shocked if it was finally given the boot since even Kamen Rider can be watched on there now (thanks to Toei themselves with Black Sun and the various US licenses).

No need for a fandub based off the German cut, a semi-complete original Mandarin cut has surfaced. Although this upload is a composite edit, as the Arabic print had some damage.

From what the uploader has talked about, most if not all of these cut-togethers had some level of official support with them. Most of the cast of the Mach Baron film are Japanese, dubbed in, with only the main characters. It's because of this that Iron Superman was banned in it's native Taiwan shortly after release, even though the film sparked the Taiwan-Toku wave that Super Riders emerged from.

The compilation film also has a proper conclusion to the Mach Baron story provided by the JP writers. Seems as if there were some plans to release the film theatrically in Japan?

I'm not sure if a raw, unaltered Mandarin tape rip will surface, but I hope a V2 using the Spanish dub to fill in the gaps exists. The German dub is a "What's Up, Tiger Lily" situation with virtually none of the German dub correlates to the Mandarin dialog.

Taiwan had a ban on all Japanese products, from toasters to music. So to have a mostly Japanese film was a big no-no. Seems like the MENA region was a beautiful dumping ground for East Asian media. Most of the Taiwan-Toku they've uploaded are sourced from Lebanese VHS tapes.
I got a chance to chat with the uploader, and I have brought up that JP film another anon commented about. But I really need the SEAbros to start doing their own recovery hunts. Apparently a Filipino-English dub of Toei's Watari film was released on Betamax in the Philippines? I'll try to find the archive link I was sent and post later.
But yes Singapore, The Philippines, and Indonesia was similar to Lebanon, huge dumping ground for all manners of stuff. The English dub of that weird Space Streaker movie was from an Indonesian tape.

There's a lot of thoughts put into the city and you see the flower shop, the convenience shop, the police department, the shrines, the local backwoods. The lore seems to be implying that MC's dad wasn't the only Xtreme Vanguard in the future and the Xtreme Vanguard users were all summoned from the past like a reverse Kyle Reese situation.
