Been working with ChatGPT to make a tabletop game that's a mix of Dungeons and Dragons, 40K, and BattleTech; half RPG and half wargame with three segments being human combat, mecha combat, and battleship combat. It's themed around the entire solar system being colonizer with four umbrella factions being Earth, other planets, undead, and fungal goblins. Very heavy with psychic and magic. I'll share it when I'm off work. Thinking of doing a fifth faction based on space colonies ran by demons themed after clowns cause nephilim.

Just got the Seed Strike deck. How are people sleeving these bad boys up? Different colored sleeves each for the main deck, resources, and tokens?

I've got mine in clear matte sleeves, dragonshields specifically. I'll probably upgrade to themed sleeves eventually, but matte clear is cheap and works.

Always in the mood to let people know MaK has a 15mm scale wargame. They're pretty good pewter minis, at a decent price. I dunno about the game itself, it seems fine.

How cooked am I with this list at a locals? My supply of cards is limited to the starters and a few packs I grabbed of Newtype Rising from events. I'm thinking of swapping the Witch and the Brides for Unforseen Incidents, but I figured I should ask for opinions too. I've got two Zeon and Seed decks, a Wing and Heroic Beginnings deck, and the stuff cracked from packs to work with, which isn't that good aside from getting 1 each of the LRs I've included.

I would get the Archangel in somehow. As for the Witch and the Bride, Unforseen Incident worked way better for me (WB deck) and if you don't mind breaking the theme, you can deploy Sinanju without Full Frontal.

Tweaked it some. Slipped in some more units instead of some of the CCs, and got some Archangels in.

Looking up for an /m/ opinions on Digimon games. There's a few that have popped up, but I want to see if anyone here has any opinion on them since I'm leaning towards running a campaign for one.

Anyway, I think support classes (basically, mecharacters/mecha that run around the battlefield passing out instant healing/repair "spells") are dumb -- outside of magic-type settings at least.

I'm running a OYW campaign in an insane custom system that's untested but we're gonna patch it on the fly. The system is based on Beam Saber but with a custom, more tactical combat system bolted on similar to LANCER because we like that.

My players picked Zeon so we ran through the Battle of Loum and the Second Earth Landing Operation. My players are playing:
>a teenager with an attitude problem who's creating a bee-themed squad out of female zeon pilots
>a cousin of the ral family who spends all his time in a laboratory. looks like a cyborg. acts like an extremely snooty prussian
>some shmuck whose best talent is filing reports. somehow an insane ace mobile suit pilot who turns into larry from pokemon when he leaves the mobile suit

So far, they've:
>smoked Sleggar Law in a Toriares by riding his ass into the ground like a surfboard
>after Garrett Schmitzer broke his spine, they gave him a new one via Alaya-Vijnana system
>helped take down California Base with the Midnight Fenrir
>filmed propaganda with Delaz and now children are joining the military en masse
>are pressing the feddies into pushing stupid prototypes like this "Bally" out into the field
