no. Gouf is basically a marginally better Zaku. it is shit thats why some of the Gouf had to be field upgraded to the Efreet and start doing some EF kills

Either give Gouf the Dom legs (impossible without a different reactor, which likely has to be a different form factor), or give the Dom a heat rod (literally perfect, just dash and whip while finishing off with a bazooka).
