I liked the suit more than I expected, but it really didn't get enough time to shine. For getting a whole new surprise BGM track (which I need ASAP) dedicated to itself, it got barely any screentime. I would've been happy immediately preordered the Gochizou if the jingle was a bit more than what amounted to just a generic Q1 jingle

the only ability that looked useful was the molten lava touch (an upgrade from nielve), lango did the important work by actually hitting the killing blow, I at least wanted gave to melt Bocca's armor for Lango to finish him tho

Gavv sits in the same weird space as Drive for me. It's a solid show overall, but it never really does much to stand out or excel in any particular way. It's enjoyable in the moment but it's not one I see myself looking back on with any particular thoughts beyond "yeah it was fine."

I liked this episode well enough. I particularly liked the action scenes. Bocca doing a Flash Kick was really cool. Not sure if I like how Bocca died, though. Just curious to know how they're gonna handle Lango's character after this.

Drive has Mach one of my fav riders and some really good jingles, just that makes it stand out to me. Also the Roidmudes are really good antagonists and Heart is very charismatic (something Lango seriously lacks), honestly Drive is probably a better show than Gavv, it does a lot of similar things better, like when the roidmudes join up with the rider gang to kill the bigger threat

It's an issue of escalation. Previous Reiwa finales were flawed, but they knew how to raise the stakes better than Gavv.
>In Zero-One, there was a human vs Humagear war about to start if Aruto and Horobi killed each other
>In Saber, the whole world was about to be erased, and riders were slowly being taken out in an endgame battle
>In Revice, every fight Ikki took erased his memories and distanced him from the rest of the cast
>In Geats, the whole world was forced into a DGP and Ace got "killed"
>In Gotchard, the main villain killed off three recurring characters, obtained massive power and was about to turn the world to gold
Not all of them are good, but conceptually they are solid endgame ideas. In here, it just feels like the usual Granute abductions they've been doing the whole show, but done twice over, which isn't that intriguing. And replacing the OP boss with a guy the hero has already beaten is less tense.

I honestly didn't mind that, dude one shotted them every time even in the last fight, it's just that for some reason Lango gained the power to stab him in the back out of nowhere, the writers obviously had no idea how to kill Bocca so they "nerfed" him, just his servants would have made catching by surprise almost impossible, I doubt a Lango servant can match up to Bocca's in a 1v1

Mixing in rocks are a thematic element for the form with it being implied to be related but the official word is not mandatory.
Part of this is to maintain that Amazing is supposed to be a special miracle and not something Shouma can access freely that has comparable performance to the 100 Gochizo Over/Master.

I fully expected Lango to end up the final boss, but the way we got here was so messy and unsatisfying. It also doesn't help that Lango just isn't that interesting a character and doesn't really have anything to him other than being a half step behind the curve and standing around doing basically nothing for almost the entire show.
