Okay, I did a little more reading and it looks like June is really pre-assembled (you still need to put the stickers on).
From what they say, they modeled a large number of new (more feminine) parts instead of reusing them from the Tegasword.
I think they say "cheaper" because they saved money when creating the molds. This way, they spent less because they made a few molds for "larger pieces" instead of many molds for "smaller pieces."

Been watching King Ohger and while I really like it I figured out why I prefer Kamen Rider over Sentai. It's because for the most part Sentai teams don't really change. More dangerous powerful opponents show up but they are always in base form. Except for sometimes maybe a red getting some sort of power up. But like am I suppose to believe that their base form is somehow able to beat the final boss? Then why don't they just fuck up the final boss in like the first 2 episodes if they are able to do that?
