BNTCA does distribution directly ever since Bandai bought Bluefin some years ago. And it also controls the retailer, P-Bandai. And it controls the manufacturing, done directly in japan. They pretty much control the supply chain end to end, except for delivery to consumers. There aren't any unrelated US distributors CBP can compare against. They'd probably just ok a reasonable mark up over the factory price on which to apply a tariff, or if Bandai looks like they're doing something fishy, try to estimate it based on retail price.

They seem pretty solid. I have one I've used for a HG and it's still standing without issue. I hear the Bandai versions of these break very easily but I'm not sure what the difference is. Either way, these stands are really built to support standing poses rather than flying poses.

I have never heard the F91 referred to as the RX-91 before and was confused without the picture.
Also don't worry about the movie, it decided to off screen most character development and 30% of the actual events and make it seem like it takes place over a day instead of a month (or a couple?).
