The 1st half was a let down. I really disliked Celestial Being since they're bunch of unserious happy go lucky amateur playing vigilante. There's a lot of similarity with Gundam Wing and I watched 00 immediately after I finished Wing, so I can't help but comparing them and feeling that 00 is just a worse version of it. Gundam Meisters suck since they're not only incompetent but also clueless about what they're doing, a complete opposite of Wing's Gundam Pilots who were actual extremely competent super soldiers. I mean, I know they were written like that on purpose, but it's still very uninteresting to watch.

Fortunately it got good after GN-X got introduced. The stake was there and there were tons of actual death, although there were some copout like with Ali and Lockon (Neil). They both should've stayed dead, but I guess the writer wanted to force and extend their rivalry in the 2nd season. Lame. But still better than Wing where no one ever fucking dies.

Looking forward to Season 2 with super saiyan robots, alien fuckery and of course my favorite mech from 00: Susanowo in action.

Because Lyle is incredibly boring with zero stakes in the plot. He does nothing all series and then gets an incredibly forced quickly resolved plot with Anew. In fact, most of the cast in S2 are nothing characters. The show becomes by the numbers in S2 and they didn't know what to do with most of the characters so they just sit around.

Pretty good. I’d say its greatest strength is its abundance of important side-characters, so it’s easy to set up rivalries and dramatic death scenes. The plot is straight forward, clear and coherent without any cryptic pretentiousness like some other Gundam series have.
I really like the mecha design and I ended up liking the mobs like Flag, Brave and Arche more than the main Gundams. It’s unfortunate that Exia and its evolutions/variants are so popular that Bandai keeps milking them instead of making other 00 stuff.

Some things I disliked:
1. What’s the point of Marina? I can’t even hate her because she’s just invisible
2. Lyle Dylandy is such a cheap copout. They wanted to kill Lockon, but still wanted his presence and personality in the story, so they created his twin out of nowhere who’s exactly like Neil in literally every single aspect. I read somewhere that Feldt should’ve replaced Lockon as Gundam Meister. I think that’s a good idea.
3. Too much focus on Ribbons shenanigan. It sucks that CB is the only faction that's even aware of their existence while the Feds were clueless good goys until the very end.
4. The ending sucks. We still have the exact same totalitarian world government, but apparently the peace is everlasting now because uhh... Innovators.
5. Lack of content diversity. our heroes are always together and fight a similarly choreographed Gundam battle every single episode. I guess most Gundam series are like this. Wing is just special with so much independent action, infiltration missions and treating their mech like socks.

Overall, I enjoyed Wing more, but 00's final battle and climax (S2) are much, much better.
Movie isn’t bad, but meh. It’s hilarious that they were trying to force Feldt x Setsuna when they never even interacted before lol.
