>GQuuuuuX episode 11 ends with the most Kino moment Gundams had in years
>Episode 12 is just pure Amamoslop thats style over substance.

No wonder this show has a bad rap. Its final episode its the worst one and thats what it leaves you on.

Last episode was awesome to me, easily my favorite non-Build final episode since Seed Destiny. Not even exaggerating.

>final episode since Seed Destiny
You mean the finale that was so detested that they had beg the network to air a do-over?
>noooo anon final plus was the conclusion they had originally planned
Don't be gullible, please. They fucked up and had to retract. Fukuda wouldn't have cared to have dropped Shinn crying in the moon; it's obvious he never liked the character to begin with.

Don't be stupid, Anon. How many Gundam shows, before or after, have had a "second shot" at making their respective finales?

Zeta. Now, what does this have to do with anything?

You know japs don't give a shit about canon like that. Now answer the question.

No, the Beyond the Time needle drop was also cheap slop.

It took most people until episode 12 to notice GQuuuuuuX was going to be just nostalgia bait, but most of us saw it by episode 5 or earlier if you saw the film.

And you know that's bullshit because you are very well aware that there's an entire industry of Gundam databooks printed with Bandai's blessing. "Japs don't care about canon like that" my ass...
And even if that were the case, ANT breaks the most basic continuity element towards ZZ with Kamille having a happy ending.

I'm calling you out on your bullshit, and coming on with retarded buzzwords like "sperging" is not helping your argument. By all accounts, Japanese audiences care about canonicity, to the extent that The Origin's OVAs are considered to be "alternate UC".

It's kind of a dog shit manic "what if Gundam was for Kawaii western e-girls" show to begin with.
There were some hype moments, cool MS fights, but holy fuck is it a bad show. Genuinely the worst Gundam entry since...uh... WFM..
Gundam might be dead anon.

I really hate the RX-78-2wank in this. There is, and I cannot emphasize it enough, NOTHING special about the RX-78-2 Gundam. At best, it was made a superior armor materials and weaponry outperformed Zeon's latest tech for a small while, but there was nothing particulaly special about it as a machine. AMURO is what made the Gundam special, and he piloted far more special MS years later.

I really don't like it being portrayed as a multiversal god of death. It's just a machine with a really good pilot. Then again, the show was dead to me the second a multiverse became part of the plot, so maybe I'm just not onions enough to basedface at this slop, and I basedfaced at Guilliman and El 'Johnson returning so it's not like I'm not capable of it.

it's not nostalgiafaggotry though, it's fan fiction that was allowed to be official.

what was making that Gundam special wasn't that it was an RX-78-2, it was that it was taken from another timeline(so it had the same sort of resonant properties the "Rose of Sharon" did) and being piloted by a very powerful newtype, like he could have probably pulled out any MS from the other side and had similar results, he just picked a Gundam because he was already familiar with piloting one from using the Red Gundam

He confused a do over with an abridged set of movies that poorly retold the same story with a minor difference being an ending that basically invalidates itself

On the off-chance this isn't the same guy, no he didn't. He immediately tried to derail the point of conversation by trying to hyperfocus on an argument about canon instead of actually substantiating his headcanon presented here

Really? I didn't think it was that hype. Specially because
the music was mismatched with the Gundam and I was already suspicious that it wasn't Amuro in there either way. Which kind of flatlines any emotional impact of throwback music regardless.
