Not without immensely questionable circumstances. It did happen in Gundam vs Zeta Gundam for the Gamecube and PS2 but only under the situation that either Lalah survived the war and was being used as a hostage or in a scenario where Zeon came back to Earth strong enough to effectively cattle the AEUG into serving them.
