She's the best of Bandai's early girlpla attempts, but wowey her face is absolutely awful. In an ideal world they'd have given her another shot like they did with Avatar Fumina, or do a similarly sized 30 Minute Sister design.

As odd as it sounds, she isn't popular enough. After Try stuff ended her popularity fell off hard to the point where when they re-released her kit earlier this year it shelfwarmed.
