I just finished victory and found Katejina's antics to be the most entertaining part of the whole finale. That being said, I had hoped that she and Uso would have been given an opportunity to have a little heart to heart. Where she might have explained a little as to why she turncoated for the enemy and for Uso to let go of his childish fixation with her. Just one conversation would have been nice as to why staying by Cronicle's side was so important to her that she could work for those that destroyed her home and were in the process of cleansing the face of the earth.

That's interesting, I don't remember that part. I do remember her having a strong dislike of all the adults using Uso, a child, fight in the place of adults. Seems she at least cared at that time for those around her.

She looked down on the bourgeois rich people living in Woowig including her own parent, feeling like they got what was coming to them because they were idle and complacent. Its not exactly explained where her attitude comes from and maybe Tomino had something different in mind early on.

Oh damn, I was talking about this scene. I feel like it took on a different meaning retroactively because at first her hatred for the corrupt seems to imply a strong sense of justice but after her turn it moreso informs her eagerness to see the people of earth punished for their crimes.

I don't particularly remember Katejina being too sad about the loss of Chronicle, like maybe she acknowledged it for a moment and then continued trying to mess with Uso.
