Happened to rewatch it all earlier this year so I could finally watch IV for the first time. First still amazing, Fumoffu still a masterpiece and I found myself liking TSR more than I remember (which was already a lot).
IV was still great but clearly a step below, but that pretty much comes with the territory of stories transitioning into the shit-gets-real-no-time-for-frivolity phase

I think that's why I enjoyed floridaman's training camp. FMP needs a little of that frivolity at least occasionally or it feels unbalanced.

Just have to treat IV like all adaptations of good LNs these days, you get one season to serve as an advertisement for the LNs while the isekai slop ones get 8 seasons animated.
Or you can play that awesome PS4 game too to finish the story, which comes with the bonus of what-if scenarios too which I'm always a sucker for
