中島:やはり性能を良くしたといつか、すぐ に火星に飛んでいかないようにしたとか(爆 笑)。もしくは爪や牙など生命体に近づける ことによってゲッター工ネルギーの暴走を 防いでいるとか
石川:まあ、真ゲッターの欠点を補って改良 したってことでしょう(汗)。次の質問は?
Nakashima: Alright, question number three. At the beginning of the story, Hayato refers to Ark as “Dr. Saotome's final legacy.” When was it actually built?
Ishikawa: Ah, I see. Well, you see, to create a single Getter, you have to make quite a few prototypes. Ark emerged from among those. It's more stable than Shin Getter and consumes energy more efficiently.
Nakashima: Thinking about it that way, what exactly is the difference between Shin Getter and Ark?
Ishikawa: Hmm, what could it be?
Nakashima: Maybe they improved its performance, or made sure it wouldn't immediately fly off to Mars (laughs). Or perhaps adding claws and fangs to make it resemble a living creature prevents the Getter energy from going haywire?
