I think there's a fundamental misunderstanding on your part when it comes to Scirocco and Fonse.
Fonse was a manipulator with little consideration for feminism or whatever, to him Maria was just a mean to an end and a messianic figure to use for his plan, her being a woman was purely collateral and a welcome extra for his manipulation, he was aware of the advantage of Maria's gender when it came to earning the good will of the people but that was about it.
Scirocco on the other hand earnestly believes in the superiority of women when it comes to handling human affairs, his interest in women like Haman or even Sara is totally genuine, but unlike Fonse Scirocco is also a gigachad who is completely and unrepentatnly high on his own Kool-Aid and believes that if there is one man out there who can help build up a matriarchal society with a male pillar it is him and only him.
In short, Fonse is a misanthrope with no sense of morality while Scirocco is a honest to god feminist cryptosimp who believes he's a gigachad due to newtype charm haxx, they might seem similar on the surface but they're not the same, Fonse is a despicable tyrant with no fundamental interest in the betterment of humanity while Scirocco is a super powered simp high on his own newtype farts.
