Her last appearance before joining Zanscare officially, was her trying to justify her current status as a spy for the LM, but by then she was falling for Chronicle. The issue is that she goes from this, to full blown fanatic in a very short amount of time (the show makes it seem like this happened in less than a week) and they never justify this quick change. The show never implies that she's an enhanced human either, that was only brought up in the novels.

It's basically the same as Mashymre. Nothing was ever said in dialogue, but both of them made reappearances later in the show with way better piloting ability, stronger newtype abilities, and with more confident\aggressive personalities than previously shown (sometimes previously none), the only real explanation was psycho therapy newtype enhancement. It's not like they went off to go on personal soul-searching journey and had some kind of revelation that allowed them to improve themselves naturally like they unlocked some kind of inner potential, when we know cyber-enhancement is a thing in UC.

I agree that her going off the deep end makes sense with what the show gives us. My main issue was the show skipping that moment where she finally embraces her worst aspects, it ends up happening offscreen. I remember thinking she'd switch sides later in the show when she pretends to be on Usso's side during the Keilas Gille battle, but then she shows up as a pilot with zero doubts of her alliance on her next appearance. It just felt weird since they built up to her switching sides for over 20 episodes.
