2. On the game's 2nd anniversary they announced that they canned 3/4th of the DLC and the director
3. The last piece of DLC came out and had plot twists so bad it retroactively made the ending a bad ending
4. The canned DLC got revived as a novel so that way 15 would not be the only FF to end on a flaw out "the world is screwed" ending

Reporter Mode has no tutorial. Its also Aya's superior form in the Switch/Steam Version if you know about a certain combination that's available from the Makai Arc going forward. Before then, its just you killing Aya's damage for the ability to delete Danmaku fields on command without needing bombs.

Aya is pretty good for Scenarios 27 to 34 since S Air + Wind God Girl gives her Reimu level avoid albeit with no Focus. For the first third of Eternal, Aya does alright, especially since there are three maps that really play to her strenghts (40/42/43) and even Reporter Mode has its utility for deleting select danmaku even if its expensive at 2.5 Cost.
Then she leaves for SSiB and that's pretty much it for Aya. 2.5 Cost for her performance isnt gonna cut it when you have basically everyone, WGG gets power crept because Sanae/Reimu are at Level 6+ Shrine Maiden and so on.
You get Double Spoiler early on in Part 4, so Aya gets a finisher to use although she's still an expensive EN Hog. Stage 63 makes Reporter Mode a competent attacker IF you pair her with the correct partner.
Aya's is also the classic example of how one simple spirit can ruin your entire set too. Scan/Accel/Mercy/Alert/Sense has a bad feel because Aya is essentially only working with 3 spirits instead of 5.

Fixing her would be real easy too. Replace Alert with Focus, delete Reporter Mode and put the MAPW on the standard form. It'd interfere with the funny exploit but her overall performance would be way better so w/e.

Jet Jaguar has the most powerful attack in the game and can solo bosses. Morione is an amazing assist, sadly Dynazenon isn't as good as Gridman was in 30, but again says some of the best assists, Chise is the better Press assist, with 2nd breaking the game fairly early on. Reideen mom is better for that strategy, but the game is pretty much over by the time you get her.
