If heat hawk repel beam saber why not make Zaku out of heat hawk?

A heat hawk uses electromagnetic coils to heat material and the metal of the heat hawk itself isn't what repels beams.

Well, they sorta do that with stuff like I-fields already like the Big Zam, but this was very power-hungry at the time and led to serious overheating issues. I-fields are also still vulnerable to either ballistic weapons or just getting up really close.

We can bring this a bit further. See, we can also have the idea of just using beams as shielding to begin with. This actually works really well, excellently in fact, and requires either more beam shit or specially treated material to counter. However, the beam shield emitters themselves are still a weakness alongside the aforementioned stuff. Something like the Einerad and Gedlav system would be an example of this, or the Bruckeng which took it even further by integrating the protective Einerad-style wheel into its own body while also boasting dual beam shield emitters.

Power and heat intensive while still being vulnerable to ballistics, this is just making a more expensive, heavier Zaku. If something like a beam rifle shot hits this and it doesn't hit the heat cage directly it's also still likely going to fuck the Zaku badly and nearly instantly.
