I kinda want to say I'm too receptive to what other people think of what I draw, but then again there is a certain balance to it that you have to find

It's definitely an awkward angle though, when I tried searching for it, most of the time I would find images that matched the pose I was trying to draw but the horse bits themselves were drawn at a higher angle if that makes any sense, so the few times I've tried drawing horse pussy from that angle, I kinda just winged it and tried drawing how I thought it would look in my mind with varying degrees of success
I might just try that approach again if I can't find many satisfactory refs, but I'll try experimenting a bit more, like making that labial lip or whatever it's called shorter to see if maybe that'll look better, not just to others' eyes but also my own
