If Dash has a learning disability, it effects everything she does, it won't just turn itself off for one thing.

If Rainbow Dash has a learning disability so severe that she is incapable of learning a 5 minute history lesson without the aid of an entire town, then shouldn't that make her ineligible for joining the Wonderbolts? If you're disabled to that degree, I'm pretty sure that limits your career options.
