The early episodes had the best dynamic. The focus should have always been the mane 6. You can always add a character or 2 extra, but they should always be minor or one episode off. It will make sure no one overstay their welcome. Flawless and Trixie were great, then they just keep showing up again...then again....and again..then they ruin the mane 6 dynamic and you brush them aside. SU had it's audience, it always had. I haven't watched any of the newer tamers episodes/movies because I know that I probably won't like them, but it makes me really sad to come into these threads and learn that I'm probably right. Even knowing that a lot of the complaining just comes from people trying to shit up the threads, I just personally can't stand the direction that his videos are taking. I almost don't want him to make any more episodes that I would like just so I can forget about him instead of hoping that he will go back to his older style. Maybe I'll try out his new stuff one day and be pleasantly surprised but right now I'm just going to wait and see what happens.

Glimmer is really interesting and has a lot of potential, unfortunately her story is tied to a terrible OC. Not really hate on Mary herself, but her existence and her story is absolutely terrible, she should have never existed in the first place. If anything she should have stayed dead as Trixie's backstory.

Damn that pissing scene was so hot, and the ending was really good. I liked the way that Care Package and Apple Split made up in the end. His face when he said "I want us to keep being who we are."

It's crazy how good Tamer's early mlp stuff were, a clear improvement over FiM. Then he started to make the same mistakes as them (focusing away from M6, diminishing Celestia's deity status,etc.), then butcher the story with drama and OCs. Tamers, did you forget "show, don't tell"? Long Monologues about feelings and explanations isn't good writing.

I watched the last three and enjoyed them a lot, I guess I should have specified that I was mostly talking about the movies. I skipped the death of trixie lulamoon and I hated twilight fights a clown. So when Infection came along I skipped that too and I haven't watched anything after that. The flawless farts movie seems a bit interesting because of bartleby returning, but if it's just for a cameo and the story is still focused on the new characters I'm probably not going to like it. Trixie gets fired seems like a "filler" episode which usually aren't too bad so maybe I'll give it a try. My worry is that the new characters are going to start popping up in all the episodes now and I'm just going to hate them more because I'm totally lost as to who they even are and how they are involved in the story.

This movie wasn't perfect but there was a lot of good stuff in it, still worth watching. The clown one had good moments but I agree its pretty meh.
Flawless Farts both peak comedy and peak well written drama. It has the most well written scene Tamers has ever done. I cannot recommend it enough.
It actually a masterpiece especially in the latter half.
