There was a time where I was getting tired of Pinkie Pie but Derpy has made me appreciate Pinkie Pie more. They have similar aspects to each other but Pinkie somehow feels more "grounded" than Derpy despite Pinkie's actions.

Twilight and Rarity's relationship is healthier than Twilight and Trixie's. I think Twilight and Trixie moved too fast but in like a realistic way. They moved in together quickly (realistic for lesbians) and they got married quickly.
I'm not saying their relationship was rushed I think the Twixie stuff was well paced I'm just saying that in universe I think they jumped the gun a bit too fast especially when its clear that Trixie still has issue's regarding Twilight.
First Trixie gets insecure about Twilight's hair dye, then her cake, then she tries to leave Twilight at the alter, Trixie also physically abused Twilight both on their wedding day and after their wedding.
I like Twilight with Rarity more because Twilight is still more herself when she's with Rarity while also having a relationship that's fairly wholesome and entertaining to watch. Twilight & Rarity's relationship progression is also one of the most satisfying things to watch in this show. I think they naturally mesh really well with each other and help each other to be better ponies.
Don't get me wrong, Twilight x Trixie is entertaining to watch and it has its wholesome but it also has its fair share of issues from a relationship point.
tl;dr
I think Twixie & Rarilight are both good and well written relationships more but I prefer Rarilight because Rarilight feels more focused on love and mutual support while Twixie seems more lust driven.
When Twilight is with Trixie it feels like she spends a lot of her time supporting Trixie without getting too much back in return.
When Twilight is with Rarity they support each other more.
Twixie is likely still end game but I think Twilight having an affair with Rarity would be good for Twilight, Rarity, and even Trixie in the long term even if its messy in the short/mid term.

Wykkyd Mō here, I just wanted to say that I'm officially dropping Tamers. For good. It's clear he wants to make MLP content instead of SU, and that's where I'm gonna have to draw a line. I first found out about Tamers during a stream of Rogue the Internet man and I thought I should check it. I'm sort of glad I did but I regretted not finding out much sooner because his content was such comedy gold. But it hasn't been like that for a while, his last video broke the straw because I felt like it wasn't even for the laughs anymore and sort of supposed to be taken seriously. My sentiment is that SU will return eventually but it'll be like the Steven Universe release schedule where we'll get a burst of new episodes followed by a prolonged run of MLP/other videos. In all likelihood I believe Tamers wants to bring SU back but he's gotten burnout so he's struggled working on new episodes. After doing this shit for well over a decade I can see him in that position, also it's better that he's been able to flex his talents and experiment with MLP instead of doing all this divisive stuff in SU. I'll continue to watch his MLP stuff even if it's clear he's lot the plot, but he's proven to still come out with funny vids after notable blunders.

I think the issue that is, Tamers episodes were so good. That were in a Mr. Beast situation. The expectations are so astronomically high, that if he just makes some random shit episode, people are disappointed because of their expectations. I was disappointed with a few episodes, but upon rewatch later, they introduce new characters and lots and lots of interesting ideas. Some of the newer episodes are inherently bad, but they didn’t live up to the almost unattainable standard set by the series' best moments. Tamers’ brilliance lies in his ability to take risks, even at the cost of momentarily falling short of our expectations. This is a lone indie animator after all. The important part is that were having fun. Right guys?

Tamers has been a pony fan for a while. The reason why TDOTS was so good was because that was a fanfiction that he's been tossing around in his mind for years.
