Behold, Moon Brook.
>story
They're my first D&D character, having found a gamefinder thread on /mlp/. DM was a shit and didn't inform us that he wanted a horse-only campaign and I was too autistic to figure that out, so I rolled up with an elf. DM left and another guy took over, but the damage that the elf was exceptionally androgynous stuck.
The party's pegasus bard (based on Surprise) asserted herself as his waifu after he protected her through several fights, and after some level-ups and a few run-ins with Poison Joke she learned some transformation magic. Firstly, to genderswap him for the lulz and BEST FRIENDS scenarios, secondly to make him/her a cartoon horse so the proto-Neighsays wouldn't look at the interspecies couple weird, the design you see here, and third to turn herself into a human for walking/dancing lessons, it was adorable.
He's the ranger of the party, and terrible at it through sheer dumb luck. Also through sheer dumb luck, he's stumbled into being very sociable, often holding conversations without introductions and reminding NPCs of their rationality over fighting. Loves to swim, hike, hunt with his pet hawk Finly, and other innawoods activities. The party would often rag on him for being a goofball, like using swords as cutlery, tipping before being served at a restaurant, or being a rope autist. But with strange consistency, his fey-like blue-orange outlook led to being correct more often than not and earned him a place as an advisor and confidant if not as a warrior.
>how long
I can't track it because Skype a shit, but I would imagine sometime in 2014-15 as the debut was before D&D 5e.
>do they make God cringe
Yes, but by His grace I am forgiven.
