Pretty much all of these should be lower. 100 is the average IQ. The kind of pony who destroys a weather factory to stop their turtle from hibernating is definitely lower than 90 IQ. Twilight's is probably accurate but Dash should be maybe 75, Fluttershy maybe 95, Pinkie Pie 90, Applejack 110, Rarity 100, Celestia is about right but Luna should be tied with her, no clue for the last four.

95 feels low for Rarity and 110 feel high for Flutters. I would definitely swap those around at least. Pinkie is definitely way too high, and Twi should be bumped down about 10 points I think. Anything exceeding 130 is pretty rare.
