The feeding ramp is polished to a mirror sheen. The slide's been reinforced. And the interlock with the frame is tightened for added precision.
The sight system is original, too. The thumb safety is extended to make it easier on the finger. A long-type trigger with non-slip grooves. A ring hammer... The base of the trigger guard's been filed down for a higher grip.
And not only that, nearly every part of this gun has been expertly crafted and
customized.

I've had a minor headcanon where ponies *do* have proper names like you or me would have, but also have social names they are commonly referred to by, these being the names we hear in the show. The social name is not required, though commonly utilized, and can be anything of the ponys own choosing, once they recieve thier cutie mark; some keep the first social name thier parants gave them, some alter them. These often change over time, such as in the case of Mrs. Cake or Granny Smith.

I've imagined Rarity's name is Elizabeth Sarah Belle.

Wrong. Any gun that is beautifully made and stylized is a rarigun, regardless of caliber. This is the metahorical analog of Rarity being able to create fashion in any genre and with all manner of materials.
