This server uses a plugin that changes the stats of some weapons. See https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2717299 for more info. All reverts except for the old airblast are active by default, and most reverts can be toggled in-game.

Consider installing mastercomfig if you have frequent frame drops, bad hitreg, poor network connectivity, or are new to the game. See https://mastercomfig.com/ for easy installation. It is STRONGLY recommended that all players install some preset of mastercomfig since TF2's default netcode settings have not been changed since 2007.

THERE IS NO DISCORD SERVER ASSOCIATED WITH THIS THREAD. Any post mentioning "the /mlp/ TF2 Discord" is a troll and should be ignored.

Long-ranged Ambassador was never a problem. Anyone who can actually aim well enough to get headshots at ranges it was "overpowered" for working at are always better off playing Sniper. Revolvers lack the scope and damage of the rifles, and the hitbox jank of the Huntsman.

the modern claid is the best sword for hybridknight. it has no downsides when holstered and the reverts make it objectively worse for this, unless you really want to charge longer while holding your primary.
the revert version is borderline useless. i literally can't think of a serious use case for it. it sucks for hybridknight because of the lower health, might as well use the eyelander in that case and you'll be way better off after 1 kill. if you want to do lots of charging the persian persuader has no downside on full knight. revert claid is just a weird freak sword with no identity besides one cool unique stat.

Are you talking soldier or the rocket launcher because those are two very different things. If you meant to say gunboats soldier loadout, you'd be closer, but I'd consider demo the ultimate pubstomper. Soldier's easier to pubstomp with with his independence, but demo has way, way more potential to carry, especially if you have heals to back both of the classes up, when pocket medics are generally a defacto part of a pubstomp. Soldier can simply lack the damage with only four rockets in a clip to dish out enough to deal with a large enough enemy push, demo doesn't have that problem unless you get caught in a reload. Please make it so, at least on marevest, you can farm money by kills. You get portions of the kill money whenever a teammate gets a kill, so even if you're dogshit bad, you'll get money as well and can compensate with the upgrades (or cans).
If you're THAT against making it just money on kills, just change the proportion of money that goes to you vs the team, instead of 300 to 30, make it 200 to 100.
The whole point of MvM Upgrades is that it is unbalanced fun. "Balancing" it around certain players being better or not is nonsense. 15 can be the best sniper in the world, or PSI can be the most schizo spy in the galaxy, but you can nullify both with some upgrades, or cans.
Sidenote: please add a "damage upgrade" for the Caber. Once you get even one pip of explosion resist or crit resist you're pretty much immune to the caber.

I am not the map creator, but my understanding is that the mvm conversion that can be applied to various maps does not function like freaky fair, and money is not shared between players on the same team. This means that the person topscoring will absolutely snowball and shit on everyone if you let them have credits on kill, and keep both the other team and their own teammates from getting credits. By making the objective the only way to get credits, we can ensure that both teams have close to an equal number of credits AND ensure all players on each team have the same amount of credits as their teammates without having to entirely recreate freaky fair or otherwise heavily edit the code.

Valve hard-coded it like that, it's out of my control. I'd have to spend hours with vscript finding a way to prevent the cart from giving players 10 credits for each capture point. I didn't think 10 credits was that bad so I just left it in. It would only be like 200-300 extra credits if you pushed the cart the whole way I think.
