Well I think we could start by reaching out. Mainly wanna try to get them early like when they're kids, but give options for the older people too. Start local trade schools where kids and young adults can go after school to learn trades. Make it fun, instill some discipline, they learn a skill they can use that can maybe help segue into a career. Give em an opportunity to see that there's more than their current circumstance.
