I really liked how that was handled in Silver Glow's Journal. She's first scared and disturbed by them, then she's hyper-sympathetic due to learning about what they go through and imagining ponies going through the same, then she finally accepts that they are what they are.

The only thing I think can be said with certainty is height. Stallions tend to be taller than mares, so it's pretty reasonable to assume height is going to be considered an attractive feature. And since even a notably short human is still taller than even a notably tall stallion, that is one feature that would likely be considered attractive that humans would have in spades.
Mostly, I think it would really come down to differences in body language. A pony would probably just have a harder time approaching a human due to them having totally different bodily cues, and as a result a human may come across as somewhat intimidating, especially when stuff like more predatory eyes are taken into account. Humans would basically have a bad case of resting bitch face until the ponies figure out how to read their body language better.

Adding onto the personality thing, I think it's worth noting that Flash in EQG wasn't some stereotype jock who puts nerds in lockers or anything, the film did do a deliberate job of showing that he's also a pretty polite and friendly, and was pretty nice to Twilight when they first met. Personality would definitely be a deciding factor in a pony being attracted, since I highly doubt Twilight would have stayed so smitten with him if he did act like an arrogant, self-centered jackass.

Rarity has a streak of being judgemental sure, but Twilight was on Zecora's side for the first half, and others in the mane 6 are also pretty open minded. As much as people meme about her being racist because she's southern, Applejack is actually pretty consistently open minded about others. She was even the least aggressive towards Flim and Flam in their debut episode, it was the rest of her family, Granny specifically, who was super defensive towards them. Applejack was actually fairly cordial and polite. She and Twilight are probably the two who are the most likely to give a scary alien human a fair chance to prove themselves.

That touches on the whole concept of body swapping. Is it your brain in their body or your mind in their brain?
The concept of mind-body separation is very common in human culture, so the latter is an easier concept to accept. In that case, you could get access to some learned and inherited horse stuff like being able to control your ears and walk on 4 legs. Of course, biologically it makes no sense to separate the mind from the brain, but that knowledge is fairly recent in our memetic heritage.
If your brain is magically grafted into a pony's body, then realistically you would just die, less realistically you would have to go through most of the babby's first steps process as you learn to control your new body, and you would not gain any immediate access to horse knowledge, though you would get some endocrine cues (although how compatible they would be with your human brain is a different matter).

It's difficult to say honestly. Horses are a prey species, so their instincts would lean more towards running from danger than confronting it. However stallions do often serve the role as protectors in herds, so someone who is physically capable would probably be considered attractive to some degree. But again, being a prey species, it's hard to say how much an intelligent equine would be hybristophilliac compared to a human. As far as I know, horses generally don't like being struck in any capacity, they find it unpleasant, compared to human women who often enjoy acts that would be considered pretty violent during sex. So based just on that, I'd say that ponies would likely at least no be as hybristophilliac compared to humans, since violent behavior would probably come across as more threatening to them than securing.

I make a partial caveat for facial expressions 'cause we use a lot of the same facial expressions but obviously we aren't as expressive as ponies. there's also the potential significance of ear position. but assuming that not only do we look cartoony like the ponies but also get their ability to exaggerate facial expressions I doubt the differences in body language would be enough to consider insurmountable. there would be a learning curve for both parties for sure and a lot of missed nuance of body language.

that's a fair speculation but it's also likely that they wouldn't judge us exactly by their same standards considering we are significantly physiologically different from them, we just don't have all the same features as them for them to judge us by. one of the things that makes ponies attractive to us are also features they would judge us by like symmetry, lack of blemishes, physical abnormalities, etc. varying pony to pony of course some would find us too cute like how many people would find ponies to cute to lewd but there'd most certainly be ponies who would lewd us happily just like there's plenty of people who'd lewd ponies.

That's how it went for me at least. I think the first FIM image I saved was Applebloom from S1E1 with puppy dog eyes which was posted on some other board that made me go "dawwww". Then later on I saw some porn pictures in the style of the show and it made me laugh uproariously, like most Rule34 porn of characters that seem too innocent to lewd.
