Gifts are given Round Robin style (A gives to B gives to C who gives to A) while cards are exchanged traditionally (whomever you give a card to should send one back to you). You will be randomly assigned anons by email after the signups are over so please keep an eye out!

Schedule of events and deadlines:
Oct 11th-31st: Signup doc went live. Confirmation emails sent out.
Oct 31st at 11:59pm CST: Signups closed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Nov 1st onwards: Gift assignments will be given out. After gift assignments are finalized, card assignments will be given out, so please be patient.
Dec 1st - 10th is the latest suggested mailing period. Consider mailing on the early side if you’re shipping internationally.

Alright so here it is.

Every thread I'm going to upload a ponified rom along with the original game. These are NES/SNES titles for the most part. I'm starting with a bit of an oddity because there are technically two versions of a rom. Both seem pretty high quality but I have my personal preference towards one.

First rom is Filly/Pony Fantasy 6, for the SNES.

I'm not too sure on what else to put so here's how this works: I'm going to ask a question in the thread. Answer it in thread and email me at cowboybootlegsanta at gmail. I'm uploading everything as a zip to MEGA so I'll give you a link and you can download it if you want. It isn't a Steam key so if you want to give the link to a friend after the fact, feel free. Also going to upload screenshots of the zip itself and a screenshot of the ponified game and the original. In this case it's both versions. You can also answer the question in thread just for kicks. Or email the answer only if you're that embarrassed. I'll probably clean this up for the next rom.

Ah, you're using 4chanX, so with filtering, I'd put it in "general" and not "name" so it'd catch the poster's name and if it's in the comments. It uses the regex format so you can do something like:

The regex is everything between the '/' and the 'i' at the end of it basically says to do a case-insensitive search. One of my original /ss/ ideas for 2025 was to get my hands on another one of those 90cm Aliexpress ponies, do some surgery on it once it shows up to make it less... bootleggy, and more... cute, and then have that be the gift. Not a proper handmade LS, sure, but a big cuddleable mare!
I was even going to buy a fluttershy for myself, and fashion a set of wings and flesh out her mane (because she comes with part of her mane missing and no wings), but I can't get that either, and I even tried a few times but all the orders got cancelled.
So now I just have some fluttershy colored fabrics that I don't know what to do with, cause I sure don't know how to MAKE a plush, I just do like, repairs and stuff.

I haven’t printed any of these patterns or used them yet, but if you know how to handsew, do appliqué or embroidery, and get your cuts right, they’ll work, it just takes quite a bit of time.

I can hand sew as well as any amateur (used to make homestuck plushies and hand em out) but embroidery machines are expensive and that spooks me out of every trying.

I know you can buy them individually on etsy though, maybe even individual ones.

Appliqué can give decent results from what I heard, using basting spray and iron on adhesive sheets. But it looks different than professional embroidery.

If you’re feeling like wasting time, hand embroidery is definitely a thing with specialized needles.

Depends, but if my Santee posts in the thread before the middle of November I always get them a $500 plushie. If they post after mid month then a few hundred dollars of other merch cuz my plushmancer won't have time to make something. If they don't post at all by the end of the first week of December, then they get minimum effort generic pony toys from Amazon. I am a rich fag, and don't expect other people to ball out on a custom plush or bunch of figurines or whatever. I'm usually very busy schedule wise, and I'm not quick at making things myself, so I feel a need to overcompensate by balling out on my Santee (if they post that is)
