Yes, my starting point is orlando and ends at Boston eleven days later. I have nothing planned besides visiting NYC because my fiancee loves that place. I think its manipulation of a wah wah or switch because he uses it towards the end of the song. They didn't use any pedals back then (besides the wah) so its something pure coming off that or the feedback amp.

He might have turned the volume off on a pickup then flicked the pickup selector switch twice while hitting the wah wah pedal. Or he is fretting a note with a quick pull off. I don't know.
