A lot of the time the top comment on ANY video, including shortform videos not even about music, is one like this where the person is NOOTICING something, usually like the second or third thing youโd think about when watching it. Often in the context of giving someone/something they deem under-appreciated some righteous attention.
For example on a video of a marathon, someone will comment about how they respect the cameramen for having to run backwards to film the runners or something. Or on a hotel room walkthrough the top comment will be โwe all gotta give props to the maids for how elite they folded those towelsโ. Shit like that. Endless praise of blue collar workers and people like cashiers, janitors, delivery drivers, etc. but then they treat them like shit in real life.
People want to be the one shining light on the under-appreciated, and to tear down the over-appreciated, but only to be the guy who showed everyone what is good.
