**Notice on Legal Measures for Rights Infringement of ARTMS**

We are aware of malicious online activities, including slander, the spread of false information, personal attacks, and defamatory content targeting our artists. We are closely monitoring such activities across online platforms and social media, and we are taking all necessary steps to address them.
We remind the public that defamation is a serious offense under Article 307, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Criminal Act, punishable by up to five years of imprisonment, up to ten years of disqualification, or a fine of up to 10 million KRW.
In this regard, Modhaus is preparing strong legal action against individuals responsible for creating or disseminating malicious posts. Our in-house legal team will proceed without delay, and we stress that there will be no leniency or settlements offered to offenders.
Modhaus will continue to take the strongest possible measures to safeguard our artists and ensure a safe environment for both artists and fans.
