most kpops could be regular ecelebs and get as much income just because of their looks doing whatever, but they don't, all the ones that do and become big rely on some kind of studio contracts that do everything for them even though it seems unnessecary to me, theres something weird about it.
if any extraverted kpop kept up their idol persona while shittily playing some vidya they'd be successful.
